Local Cambridge SEO for local Dog Day Care centre
Our SEO customer who is based just outside of Cambridge had a Wix hosted website (notoriously bad for good SEO rankings) and they were struggling to get significant traffic to their website.
We started by running an indepth technical audit, which is where we start with every Search Engine Optimisation to see what was holding the site back.
After correcting everything that we could over a 3 month period the site already started to see an increase in organic traffic.
Next we set to work creating a bespoke 6 month content calender which looked at all of the keywords they wanted to rank for and all of the valuable news items and blog posts that we could create for their audience.
Creating content is all about value and quality so we made this the main aim for the project.
Over a period of 4 months we totally transformed the website and content strategy leading to 4X increase in relevant website traffic. Their best month traffic previously was a small 235 views. We took that to over 1,000 in a short space of time.
We have now worked with our client for over 12 months and they now see consistantly 1,500 + visitors per month and their business has gone from strength to strength leading them to grow their business revenue and also increase the size of their team. Our strategy as always started with a full technical audit and ironing out of the problems that we highlighted. This alone saw some good site-wide uplift.
The next thing was a content strategy, we knew that it was hard to rank in the same way as the competitors so we created a 6-month strategy doing things that none of the competition was.
We worked in an advisory/consultation capacity on this project allowing the customer to utilise their existing teams around them to implement changes. This meant that were on-hand to advise, offer suggestions and help the implementation of ideas where necessary.
Results after 6 months included a ranking entry for many new keywords, ranking in better positions for their primary key terms and as a result having the busiest period of business on record.

The biggest challenge was the fact that the site was brand new so it had no historic rankings to fall back on. Also the competition we faced was not just other healthcare facilities but the actual NHS itself . . . no easy task to out rank them.
